Ladino D was sired by Favorito D, a solid bay stallion out of the Granadino line (imported from Spain) of the Denham Ranch in Aubrey, Texas. Granadino is the brother to the great Olympic dressage horse, Evento. His Dam was Carinosa XIV a solid bay mare imported from Spain whose offspring had been champion in Spain's SICAB.
The sire has been featured on the cover of Equus magazine November 1998 edition. Ladino's line can be traced back to the main lineage of the Spanish pure breed. His ancestry directly descends from the great military studs Leviton, Agente, Maluso.
Ladino D is currently in training and standing at stud, at Flying Star Stables owned and operated by Ms. Kim Benson.
Ladino is currently competing at third level. This horse will go FEI.
